Your itinerary…

  • We’re starting with a brain dump to clear mental clutter and set the stage for a relaxed, refreshed mind. 🧠💆‍♀️

    Your task:
1️⃣ Grab a notebook or open your notes app.
2️⃣ Set a timer for 5 minutes and write down EVERYTHING on your mind – no filtering, just let it flow.
3️⃣ Look over your list & choose one thing to let go of or one small action you can take today.

  • 📅 Day 2: Morning & Evening Self-Care 🌞🌙

Today is all about creating a self-care routine that works for YOU! We’re focusing on morning mindfulness and evening relaxation for a balanced day.

🌿 Morning Task: Take 3 deep breaths and focus on one thing you’re grateful for today.
💬 Drop your gratitude thought in the chat! What’s bringing you joy this morning?

🌙 Evening Task: Tonight, try a relaxing bedtime ritual – this could be a warm herbal tea, using essential oils, or writing down 3 things you’re grateful for before bed.
💬 Before you sleep, share a photo of your bedtime setup OR tell us how you feel after your routine!

Let’s build self-care habits that help us feel rested and restored. 💖

  • Day 3: Hydration Challenge 💧✨

Today, we’re focusing on hydration— one of the simplest ways to boost energy, improve skin health, and feel more balanced from the inside out!

💧 Ultimate goal: Aim for 2 litres of water today — but remember, progress over perfection! Even small improvements matter. Celebrate every sip!

If water’s not your thing, that’s okay! Try herbal teas, infused water, or sparkling alternatives. Make it enjoyable, and hydration will become part of your daily self-care ritual!

💬 Share with us: A photo of your favourite water bottle, your cute tea set, skincare favourites, or tell us how you’re staying mindful with your hydration today!

  • 📅 Day 4: Skincare & Reflexology for Instant Calm (task 2 will be revelaed later this afternoon)💆‍♀️

✨ Goal: Treat your skin and body to a moment of relaxation.

🧴 Task 1: Spring Clean Your Skincare!

    • Check your skincare products for expired items or ones you no longer use. Also look in your makeup bag…we all have a lipstick that’s about 10 years old maybe older- let it go! 🦠 it’s doing your body more harm than good.

    • Simplify your routine with products that truly serve your skin.

    Why is this important?

Using old or expired products can lead to:

    ⚠️ Skin irritation or breakouts

⚠️ Bacteria build-up and potential infections

⚠️ Reduced effectiveness (your skin won’t benefit from dead or degraded ingredients)

    What to check for:

✅ PAO Symbol — The small jar icon with “6M” or “12M” tells you how long to use after opening.

✅ Expiry date — Some products (especially SPF) will have a printed expiry date. Don’t ignore this — expired SPF will not protect your skin properly. 80% of skin damage is caused by UV damage, this can be avoided by wearing SPF.

✅ Texture, colour, or smell changes — If your product has separated, smells off, or feels different, bin it!

👉 If a product contains Vitamin C and has turned brown, the Vitamin C has oxidised and is no longer active. Time to let it go!

✅ For my Tropic customers, check the expiry date on the base of the bottle. Tropic is as fresh as food so we print an expiry date for you.

✅ Be mindful of what’s on your skincare shelves— Are the ingredients truly kind to your skin and your body? Many products contain hormone disruptors, parabens, and synthetic chemicals that can negatively affect your health over time. Remember, what you put on your skin is absorbed into your bloodstream in just 26 seconds, and on average, women absorb 168 different chemicals through their skincare every day. Everyday I’m supporting women to balance their hormones and this challenge today is one small step but big change that makes the biggest difference to your hormones.

✅ Check for SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) — If you or your children suffer with sensitive skin, dryness, eczema, or irritation, look out for this ingredient in shampoos, body washes, and even toothpaste. SLS is a harsh foaming agent that can strip the skin’s natural oils, disrupt the skin barrier, and cause redness or itching — especially for delicate young skin. 🌿✨ Switching to SLS-free products can make a huge difference in soothing and protecting the skin for the whole family. Tropic body pebble is perfect for the family. It’s a shampoo bar, body cleanser and Ph balancing.

👉 Teen Girls’ Body Burden: Hormone-Altering Cosmetics Chemicals

✅ For Tropic Ambassadors only: You likely already know how important ingredient safety and product freshness are — but use this task as a personal check-in! 🌿✨

    • Refresh your display shelves and tester stock — are products still fresh and in date?

    • Check your makeup bag — when was the last time you washed your brushes? Dirty brushes can harbour bacteria that transfer to the skin.

    • Review your skincare kits and borrow bags — are they fresh, up to date, and showcasing the best of what Tropic offers?

    • Do you have the latest product launches in your kits? If not, now’s the time to refresh and restock so you’re always showing your clients the very best! ✨

Please don’t let this feel overwhelming — just start with awareness. If you’d love some personalised help to spring clean your skincare and makeup routine — not just for you, but for your children too — and make sure you’re all using products that truly support skin health and overall wellbeing, I’d be so happy to help! 💖 You can claim a complimentary 1-hour chat with me for tailored advice and guidance. Just message me and we’ll book it in! 🌿✨🌿💖

💬 Share a photo of what you’re keeping or tossing!

  • 📅 Day 5: Self-Care & Connection with Nature 🌳💖

Goal: End the challenge feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and inspired.

🚶‍♀️ Task 1: Step into Nature — Take a mindful walk outdoors today and notice what makes you smile. Breathe it all in, slow down, and enjoy the moment. 🌿✨
💬 Share: A photo of something beautiful or calming from your walk!

🌸 Task 2: Self-Care Promise — Set one self-care goal for the next month — something just for you, whether it’s more mindful moments, a weekly skincare ritual, or committing to regular treatments.
💬 Share: Your self-care promise in the group!

Daily recaps…

  • Today was all about clearing mental clutter with the Brain Dump technique.

It’s safe to say we’ve uncovered some big themes already:

    • A lot of us realised just how much we hold in our minds daily: work, family, responsibilities, that never-ending to-do list.

    • There was a common feeling of overwhelm, but also a sense of relief once things were written down.

    • Some of us are working on letting go of self-doubt, perfectionism, or the pressure to do it all.

    • Others have identified one small action that can help them move forward. That could be setting boundaries, creating space for themselves, or simply slowing down.

This exercise isn’t just a one-off. It’s a tool you can come back to anytime life feels a bit much.

Emptying your thoughts onto paper frees up space in your mind, so you can focus on what truly matters. 🌿✨

    Keeping your mind clear:

Now that you’ve seen the power of a brain dump, here’s how to keep that clarity going:

    • Make it a regular thing. If your head’s feeling full, grab a notebook and get it all down—no filtering, no judgement.

    • Sort it out. Highlight what you can change and what you need to let go of.

    • Small steps, big wins. Pick one thing to act on today, and don’t stress about the rest.

    • Start your day with intention. Instead of jumping into the chaos, take one deep breath and decide how you want to feel.

    • Forget perfection. It’s about progress, not getting everything right. Clarity comes from action, not overthinking!

🌱 Key themes from today & actionable Steps

Here are some of the common themes from today’s reflections, along with practical steps to help keep the momentum going:

Feeling overwhelmed with daily responsibilities? Write down three tasks you must do today, then let go of the rest. Focus on small wins instead of trying to do everything at once.

Letting go of self-doubt and perfectionism. Challenge negative thoughts by replacing 'I must get this perfect' with 'Done is better than perfect'. Take action, even if it’s not perfect.

Struggling to prioritise self-care? Schedule at least 10 minutes of ‘me time’ daily—whether it’s a cuppa in peace, a short walk, or deep breathing.

Finding it hard to focus on what really matters? Use the 80/20 rule and ask yourself: Which 20% of my tasks give me 80% of the results? Prioritise those and drop the distractions.

Feeling mentally cluttered and unable to switch off? Before bed, do a mini ‘mind dump’. Write down any lingering thoughts or worries to clear your head for a restful sleep.

🌸 Tomorrow, we’ll be diving into self-care habits to help set you up for a calmer, more balanced day.

Can’t wait to see how you all get on!

  • What a beautiful, heart-warming day it’s been in the group! 💖

Today we focused on mindful mornings and gratitude.

The conversations have truly shown how much kindness, connection, and reflection you’re all bringing into this space.

🌿 Themes That Shone Through Today

    • There’s been so much love and appreciation for family and those who support us — a reminder that we’re never alone, and that our ‘village’ is often what carries us through.

    • Many of you have been sharing the joy in small, simple rituals — whether that’s a warm cup of tea, morning cuddles, or a moment of gratitude in the shower.

    • We’ve seen people finding strength in mindfulness during tough moments, focusing on what truly matters and what they can control.

    • A recurring theme has been the importance of making time to relax, even when life feels hectic — from colouring and reading to calming skincare routines and winding down with candles.

    • And of course, so many of you are crafting your own evening wind-down routines, full of intention, peace, and nurturing self-care.

It’s been so lovely to read your reflections, feel your honesty, and see you supporting each other. You’re not just ticking off a challenge — you’re making small, lasting changes. 🌸

💡How to strengthen your gratitude & self-care rituals

If you’d like to take what you’ve done today even further, here are some gentle prompts and ideas to keep this beautiful energy going:

Start your mornings with purpose. Attach your gratitude practice to something you already do — a shower, your skincare, or even while brewing your morning coffee. The simpler and more automatic it becomes, the more likely it is to stick.

Let gratitude reframe challenges. When life feels tough, try to pause and focus on one thing you can still appreciate. This small shift in perspective can ease tension and help ground you.

Create small ‘reset’ moments. Throughout your day, take little pauses to breathe and recalibrate — whether that’s with a short walk, a quick stretch, or stepping away from your screen.

Your evening routine matters. A calming bedtime ritual helps your body and mind know it’s time to slow down. This could include:

    • A warm herbal tea

    • Lighting a candle

    • Gentle stretching or deep breathing

    • Skincare and self-massage

    • Reading something uplifting (away from screens!)

Write it down. A small notebook by your bed where you can jot down three things you’re grateful for — even on the hard days — can make all the difference.

    🌱 Common themes from today

Here are some of the common themes from your reflections, and practical steps to help keep you going:

Gratitude for family and supportive relationships
Write down three things you’re grateful for each morning, and remind yourself why they matter.

    Finding joy in daily rituals
Anchor simple habits to routines you already do, like gratitude practice while showering or during skincare.

    Mindfulness during challenges
Pause and focus on one positive thing or support system to help you feel anchored when things get tough.

    Prioritising personal relaxation
Carve out 10–15 minutes of intentional ‘me time’ each day to help you reset.

    Creating a calming bedtime routine
Build your own soothing wind-down ritual: herbal tea, light stretching, aromatherapy, and screen-free time.

    🌸 You’re doing brilliantly.

You’re showing up for yourself and for each other, and that’s something to be proud of. 💖

Tomorrow in Day 3, we’ll move on to focus on refreshing habits and digital wellness. Keep nurturing yourself with the small rituals you’ve started.

  • What an amazing effort from everyone today! 💖✨

Our focus was on something simple yet powerful, hydration.

Alongside that, you took on hand reflexology, supporting your body’s balance, energy flow, and calm.

    🌿 What we’ve shared today:

    • Many of you are realising that drinking water regularly takes real effort — but with small tweaks, it’s becoming part of your routine.

    • Keeping water bottles on desks, by beds, or taking them out and about has been a brilliant tip shared by many.

    • Several of you noticed feeling clearer and more energised by swapping that first coffee for water or tea.

    • We loved hearing creative hydration ideas: fruit-infused water, coconut water with lemon and salt, and plenty of herbal teas.

    • The reflexology task got you tuning in to your body — with tender spots reminding you to be gentle and mindful. It’s a lovely reminder that our bodies often show us where they need care.

You’ve all done so well in taking small steps that make a big difference. 🌸

    Hydration & mindful body care

Here are some ways to build on what you’ve started today:

Start the day with water. Before your first coffee, have a glass of water or herbal tea to wake your system and boost energy.

Anchor hydration to daily habits. Sip water after each bathroom break or before meals — small cues make habits stick.

Make it enjoyable. Use a water bottle you love and add slices of fruit or herbal flavours to make drinking more appealing.

Be gentle with reflexology. If certain pressure points feel sore, it’s your body telling you where stress has built up — treat these areas kindly and consistently.

Set achievable goals. If three litres feels overwhelming, start with one or two litres a day and build up. Consistency matters more than perfection.

🌿 Key themes from today & actionable steps

Here are some of the common themes from today’s reflections, along with simple, practical steps to help keep your progress going strong:

Struggling to drink enough water during busy days?
Keep a bottle within reach, on your desk, by your bed, or in your bag. Link drinking water to routines like after each meal or after every coffee.

Noticing headaches or fatigue improving with hydration?
Start each day with a glass of water before your coffee and aim for slow, steady sipping throughout the day rather than big gulps.

    Making hydration more enjoyable.
Add fresh lemon, berries, cucumber or herbal infusions to your water and use a bottle you love to carry with you.

    Discovering tension with reflexology points?
Gently massage these areas daily. If they feel sore, it’s your body’s way of showing you where you might need to release stress. Be kind and take your time.

Struggling to stick with habits long-term?
Set realistic daily goals (like 1–2 litres a day) and build up slowly. Remember, it’s about consistency over perfection!

    🌸 Brilliant work today, everyone!

You’re not just hydrating; you’re listening to your body and supporting it with care and intention. 💖

Finish your bottles, enjoy your wind-down routines, and rest knowing you’ve made fantastic progress.

  • Another fantastic day in the challenge!

Today we shifted focus to skincare & self-care — and wow, the group energy has been brilliant.

You’ve all embraced clearing out old products, freshening up your routines, and learning more about how self-care touches both body and mind.

🌿 What we’ve seen from the group today

    • So many of you have been having a good clear-out — from those forgotten lipsticks and outdated products to deep cleaning makeup brushes and even freshening up makeup bags!

    • There was a real sense of relief and satisfaction from decluttering, with many of you admitting it’s something you’ve put off for ages — but it felt great to finally tackle.

    • Those of you who are Tropic Ambassadors or beauty professionals took this as an opportunity to refresh stock, review tester kits, and make space for new products.

    • We’ve had some lovely chats around skincare safety, ingredient awareness, and hormone health — all small but powerful steps that support your body long-term.

    • And on the reflexology side, the discussions around emotions showing up in the body, and how we can gently support ourselves through these practices, have been so inspiring.

    Clear spaces = clear energy

Skincare and self-care aren’t just about looking after your skin, they’re about supporting your whole wellbeing.

Here’s how to keep this momentum going:

Clear out regularly. Check your skincare and makeup bags every season — if you haven’t used it in months, it’s probably time to let it go.

Be ingredient-savvy. Look out for hormone disruptors, parabens, and SLS — your skin (and body) will thank you.

Wash your brushes. Makeup brushes can harbour bacteria and old product — give them a proper clean at least every couple of weeks (or more if you’re using them daily).

Make room for new routines. Once you’ve cleared the clutter, focus on products and habits that genuinely support your skin and your overall wellness.

    Key themes from today

Here are some of the common themes from today’s reflections, along with simple, practical steps to help you keep moving forward:

Hanging onto old or unused makeup and products?
Set aside time every couple of months to check expiry dates, smells, and textures — if in doubt, throw it out.

Haven’t cleaned your makeup brushes in a while?
Aim to wash brushes every two weeks with a gentle cleanser — Tropic hand wash works beautifully.

Unsure what’s safe for skin and hormone health?
Start small: swap out products with parabens, SLS, and synthetic fragrances for more natural, skin-friendly alternatives.

Interested in emotional links to skin and body tension?
Read up on books like The Body Keeps the Score or The Secret Language of the Body — and reflect on where you might need emotional release as well as physical care.

    Feeling overwhelmed by clutter?
Start with one drawer or bag at a time. Decluttering is energising and makes space for routines that truly nurture you.

    🌸 You’ve done brilliantly today!

From decluttering old products to learning more about reflexology and wellbeing, every small action adds up to a calmer, clearer, more supported you. 💖

  • 🌸 Day 5 – Nature, Self-Care Promises & Reflection Recap 🌿✨

What a perfect way to round off this week! Today, we focused on connection with nature, mindful reflection, and making a self-care promise for the month ahead. The energy in the group has been so uplifting — full of encouragement, gratitude, and inspiration. 💖

🌿 What we’ve seen from the group today

    • So many of you embraced mindful walks — whether through parks, along canals, in gardens, or even just slowing down on the school run — and you shared beautiful moments of nature and stillness.

    • There’s been an outpouring of positivity around slowing down and appreciating the small things: birdsong, sunshine, fresh air, and time to breathe.

    • You’ve been sharing thoughtful self-care promises — from committing to daily exercise, better sleep routines, and regular skincare rituals, to setting time aside for reflection and calm.

    • Some of you spoke about the power of gardening, community connection, and taking small steps back towards old habits that made you feel good.

    • And perhaps most special of all — we’ve seen courage and big moves inspired by this group, from career changes to personal breakthroughs. It’s been an absolute joy to witness!

💡 Coaching advice: Keeping the momentum going

This challenge may be coming to an end, but these habits are just the beginning. Here are some ways to keep nurturing yourself going forward:

Spend time outdoors regularly. Even just 10 minutes of fresh air can clear your head and reset your energy.

Move your body in ways that feel good. Whether it’s yoga, dog walks, gardening, or dancing around your kitchen — movement fuels the mind as well as the body.

Keep a self-care promise visible. Write it down, stick it somewhere you’ll see it daily, and revisit it each week to check in with yourself.

Tune into your emotions. If you’re feeling tense or anxious, use tools like hand reflexology or calming breathing techniques to stay grounded.

Celebrate progress, not perfection. Every small positive action you take counts. Be proud of yourself for showing up.

🌿 Key themes from today & actionable steps

Here are some of the common themes from today’s reflections, along with simple, practical steps to keep you feeling good:

Making time for nature and mindful pauses.
Prioritise regular outdoor time — a short stroll, gardening, or just standing in the sunshine can refresh your mind and lift your mood.

    Commitment to exercise and movement.
Set realistic goals like three workouts a week or aiming for 10k steps daily. Movement supports both physical and mental wellbeing.

    Starting or strengthening self-care routines.
Stick to simple daily rituals: skincare, journaling, reflexology, or screen-free evenings. Little habits make the biggest difference.

Adding more colour and nourishment to meals.
Try a new green veg each shop and fill your plate with rainbow colours — food is fuel for both body and mood!

    Being inspired to dream bigger.
Use podcasts, books, or quiet reflection to spark new ideas and remind yourself: you’re capable of so much more than you think.

🌸 Thank you for being part of this beautiful journey!

This group has been a true joy — the kindness, support, and positivity you’ve shared with one another has been inspiring. 💖

You’ve given yourself a gift this week — small shifts in self-care, reflection, and habits that will continue to nurture your wellbeing long after this challenge finishes.

💬 I’d love to hear — what’s your self-care promise for the month ahead? Pop it in the group so we can all cheer each other on! 🌿✨
