Welcome to Clinical Reflexology with Sharnnie Rebecca. By booking a reflexology session, you agree to the following Terms of Service to ensure a professional, safe, and transparent experience for all clients.

General Information

  • Reflexology is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical treatment or diagnosis.

  • Clients should consult their GP or healthcare provider for any medical concerns before booking a session.

Booking & Payment Policy

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via Fresha. Links will be found throughout the website.

  • Payment methods accepted: Card, Bank Transfer, or Online Payments via Square or Fresha checkout.

  • Payment must be made during booking or immediately after the session.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 24-hour cancellation policy:

    • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you may be charged a fee.

  • No-shows:

    • If you fail to attend without prior notice, full payment is required.

  • Refunds:

    • Reflexology sessions are non-refundable, but appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Mobile Service & Travel Policy

All reflexology sessions are conducted in the comfort of your home.

  1. Free travel is provided within a 15-mile radius of WV4 4UU.

  2. For travel beyond 15 miles:

    • 15-20 miles: A fixed travel fee of £10.

    • 20+ miles: An additional charge of £1.50 per mile.

  3. Clients must provide a quiet, comfortable space for the treatment.

Health & Safety Policy

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses before treatment.

  • If a client is feeling unwell (e.g., flu, COVID-19 symptoms), they should reschedule their appointment.

  • Reflexology is not suitable for clients with:

    • Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)

    • Contagious skin conditions

    • Recent surgery (within 6 weeks) without medical clearance

Client Confidentiality & Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

  • All client information is strictly confidential and used only for treatment purposes.

  • Personal data is never shared with third parties.

  • Clients have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time.

Code of Conduct & Professional Boundaries

  • Reflexology is a professional therapy.

  • Inappropriate behaviour or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

  • I reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • Reflexology is a complementary therapy that supports relaxation and well-being, but results vary for each individual.

  • The practitioner is not liable for any medical conditions, injuries, or issues that arise outside of treatment sessions.
